Chili Cook Off Rules
- Must make a minimum of ten gallons of chili.
- Shotgun start @ 7:00 A.M.
- Chili must be prepared at the rodeo grounds over an open fire.
- Judging will start @ 11:00 A.M.
- Serving to the public will start at 11:00 A.M.
- Wood, fireplace & grates will be provided by the rodeo committee.
- Chili may have beans.
- No Registration Fee.
