Chili Cook Off Rules

  1. Must make a minimum of ten gallons of chili.
  2. Shotgun start @ 8:00 A.M.
  3. Chili must be prepared at the rodeo grounds over an open fire.
  4. Judging will start @ 11:00 A.M.
  5. Serving to the public will start at 11:00 A.M.
  6. Wood, fireplace & grates will be provided by the rodeo committee.
  7. Chili may have beans.
  8. No Registration Fee.
